Refunds

ByLiad.com has a no-refund policy for any personalized custom jewelry, as our personalized products cannot be re sold. Any non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition. Special shipping charges may not be refundable.

Personalized Orders

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment for personalized orders.Completely custom orders may take longer depending on design.

Returns of Personalized Items

ByLiad.com produces personalized keepsake items for it customers. There will be no returns allowed for custom jewelry unless the final product is defective or incorrect. If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition, we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered.

Customer may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for our review prior to any replacement or return action being taken. Customer has five (5) business days from the delivery date to report defective/incorrect products. In order to ensure the best possible return service, please notify us by sending an email to sales@byliad.com or by calling  818.462.4441 to inform us of your situation and to obtain proper return instructions. This will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be added automatically to your order as of the date of the sale according to your state.

Pricing

Our pricing is determined by product price and any options that are added. Shipping and sales tax will be added to final price where applicable.

Payment Methods

All orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of the sale. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Note that providing incorrect billing information in required fields may lead to delays in processing your order.

Money orders, cashiers checks or any other type of check will be accepted. Call 818-462-4441 to order via money order, cashiers check or regular check. Orders will be processed upon receipt of money orders or cashiers checks. Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of personal checks for clearance of funds. Once the check has cleared the order will be processed promptly. A $25 processing fee will be charged for returned checks; we need to cover the costs charged to us by our bank.
